What we do
BetGuide helps people in Zimbabwe understand how sports betting works before they risk any money. We publish:
- beginner guides to odds, markets and payouts,
- an A–Z glossary of betting terms,
- free calculators for payouts, accumulators and odds,
- bookmaker information based on the bookmakers' own published pages and, where possible, the regulator, and
- help guides for common problems such as delayed withdrawals and EcoCash deposits that do not reflect.
What we do not do
- We are not a bookmaker and do not accept bets.
- We do not sell tips, "fixed matches" or predictions.
- We do not promise wins. Betting carries a real risk of losing money, and bookmakers build a margin into their odds.
- We are not licensed or endorsed by any regulator, and we do not claim to be.
How we are funded
BetGuide is free to read. We may earn a commission when a reader opens an account with a bookmaker through some of our links, and we may show clearly labelled advertisements. Commissions never decide what we write or how we describe a bookmaker. Read our affiliate disclosure and editorial policy.
How we keep information accurate
- We write facts about bookmakers only after checking them, and we show the source and the date.
- Where we could not confirm something, we say "not yet verified" instead of guessing.
- We review guides regularly and show a "last reviewed" date.
